Crowdstrike

This document outlines the essential steps for initiating the Crowdstrike integration as part of your onboarding process.

1. Initial Integration Verification

Upon accessing the portal, ensure that you have registered Crowdstrike as your Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solution. If so, the necessary integrations will have been automatically enabled.

2. Agent Download

Select and click on the icon corresponding to your Operating System (OS) on the portal. This action will initiate the download of the appropriate Crowdstrike agent for your system.

3. Retrieving Installation Credentials

For the agent installation, you will need the CID-Checksum value. This can be found by clicking on the 'CROWDSTRIKE INFO' section within the portal.
